A space for college students to come together and worship Christ. In college it’s very easy to get caught up in due dates and lecture times. Things move so fast and the chaos is palpable. When people get busy, sometimes they forget to spend time with God. This is a safe space for college students to decompress, praise God, and be reminded we are never alone. The group name is from Deuteronomy 31:8 in which Moses says to Joshua, “it is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; He will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.” This is my favorite verse and I think it’s perfect for us college students who are drowning in homework and surrounded by all the craziness of college life.
